Arun Murali, President US Operations

Arun Murali has been a founding member of the Pradot Executive Team since the inception of the company. Murali quickly made a significant impact in his dual role of building the entire U.S. operations infrastructure from ground zero, while also executing an aggressive sales and revenue growth strategy. Additionally, Murali is credited with much of Pradot’s success in raising capital funding from private investors. Without fail, Murali inspires confidence in corporate stakeholders, whether they are investors or physician practice clients

Murali’s fast-track career began as the Deputy Director of the Business Services Division of the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. His broad exposure to complex business issues and understanding of corporate compliance and governance has been essential to Pradot’s success. Murali’s track record of accomplishment at Pradot is particularly noted as a liaison between diverse international cultures. Vishnuvardhan is a seasoned executive leader with over 15 years of experience. He started his career in the Manufacturing industry and moved on to Healthcare BPO. Vishnu specializes in Strategic Planning, Human Resource development, Process Management, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, Client Servicing, Information security management, and Industrial Engineering. He is a proven leader with excellent team building skills and customer relationship management.

Vishnu joined the Pradot executive team in February of 2003. His experience in manufacturing was critical in bringing about major improvements in the operations. By implementing world class quality and process techniques, he increased the productivity considerably. He was instrumental in charting out various policies and procedures of the organization and service standards for business excellence. Vishnu’s strengths lie in his exceptional leadership skills and his thorough understanding of US Healthcare Back-office processes. Under his leadership, the operations team has consistently delivered superior results which were vital to the sustained growth and profitability. Vishnu successfully led the quick implementation of ISO 9001: 2000 quality standards. He also spearheads the six sigma initiatives within the company.

Prior to joining Pradot, he was with Titan Industries Ltd., India’s leading manufacturer of watches and jewelry and the world’s sixth largest watch brand. At Titan he held various positions and implemented world class manufacturing techniques such as TPM, JIT, Kaizen and Nagare.

Vishnu has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering and a MS in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a premier institute in India. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 as well as an internal auditor for ISO 14001.

An American Board Certified Hematologist and Board Certified Oncologist with 39 years of experience, he heads a large private practice physician group in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

Dr. C R Paramesh, Co-founder and Director on Board

A Clinical Psychologist and Fulbright Scholar currently based in Texas, USA, he is a retired professor and clinical psychologist with 39 years of experience in the field.

Murugavel Selvan, Co-founder and Director on Board

An Engineering Professional, he is currently the Vice President – Engineering of a transnational software company in Chennai. He was holding the position of Director – Engineering with a major company based in Santa Clara, USA until recently. He has been involved in software technology for the past 17 years.
