- Should have minimum experience of 1 year as MT
- Should appear for the TEST in person.
- Should be willing to work in-house for 1 to 2 months.( Just
to get used to the culture / software / and practices)

- HTs are treated as employees not as vendors.
- We pay Rs. 15 /- per minute as incentive from the very first
minute ( beating the industry standards)
- HTs will also enjoy the fixed salary of Rs. 3500 /- along
with incentives.
